At the time my acne was at its worst, was one of the most stressful periods of my life. I was running a business learning about cash flow (the hard way), 10 contractors, was going to bed at 1am and waking up at 5.30/6am and constantly thinking about all the things I DIDN’T ever seem to get done.

At the time, I had no idea what that level of stress had upon my body. I also received a lot of advice to start meditating to help with my active monkey mind to try and help calm myself first, before calming my day out.

And I felt like I had tried EVERYTHING when it came to meditation and mindfulness, until I met Dandapani. He helped shift the way I thought about mindfulness, and walked through a simple systematic practice to take meditation step by step and letting me know that it’s ok for thoughts to cross your mind in meditation (apparently that’s normal, which I thought was a HUGE relief).
